I was born and raised in Hong Kong to English parents and I have a strong affinity with Eastern traditions and alternative healing practices as well as an academic mind for the sciences.
For over 20 years I've journeyed far and wide in the physical world, spiritual world and my inner world seeking answers to important questions.
It is my lived experience that these answers we seek are truly within and only when we are brave enough to face ourselves can we experience deep fulfilment and clear direction.
